Black Lug Nuts??
Saturday, October 13, 2007 7:46 AM
I'm blasting a set of rims I bought right now, going to powder coat them black. I'm thinking the regular chrome cap lug nuts that I have will look a little dumb so where can I get a set of black ones? I thought of painting them but I figure as soon as an impact hits them they'll start chipping and if that didn't do it then basic wear and tear would. I'd like to get a closed off set, not the ones that show the wheel studs. Thanks!

well unless you get anodized ones they are all gonna be painted

My car may run 18s, but I can do your taxes in 10 seconds flat.
JBO lube - they would never have enough in stock and we'd never see RodimusPrime again

I'm using McGuard lugs in black from eBay. Quite a bit more money than the Gorilla lugs, but I like to think they'll last a while.

Had McGuard for about 2 years now, through 2 winters, and I haven't had a problem. Well, minus a local tire shop employee snapping off one of my locking lugs because he used an air wrench.

A more accurate observation has never been typed. These should be the starting points before any serious performance modification. What's the point of making a serious performer if you can't control it's power?

I have Motegi Black Spline Drive Wheel Locks that I use on mine.

Yes, it's my REAL car. No, it is NOT photoshopped or "this is how my car will look someday". It's the REAL DEAL.
