I need some tires. Dimensions are 215/45/17 that I need.
They are to be used in the summers only. Wanting them for the street only. Looking for performance here. Good tread wear as well.
Sumitomo HTR-Z, or Sumitomo HTR-200 for wet tarmac...

Falken Ziex, technically all-weather, but have heard they perform best away from ice/snow.
bfg g-force sports $123 for that size, check sears, and $125 for a 225/40/17

thats too small.
check tirerack.com, edgeracing.com, 1010tires.com.
all have some pretty good prices
I don't need sites, I need good tires recommended please.
well those sites have ratings on them if you want to look at them and decide
Thanks V Dub. I'd appreciate if you stayed out of my threads unless you have something productive to contribute.

He's right though, look at different tire sites, read reviews, check eBay, check the tire places in town. All of those are much more helpful and less lazy than people posting their favorite tires. I thought you needed suggestions, not a list to go by.
thats why i gave a list of sites. those sites show the tires and give you rating under them.
Performance + Good Wear won't happen for under $125, IMO.
Tire Rack has a Bridgestone Potenza RE960AS Pole Position for $143 each. W rating plus a 40K treadlife warranty, and a great tire in the rain.
1989 Z24 Convertible - Dust Covered
2006 tC - Dust Covered, but driven more
my buddy just got nitto neogens in the same size 325 all four
Tire Rack has the General UHP for like $63 per tire in 16-inch size, and I think your size is available. They get great reviews for outstanding traction on dry and wet tarmac. Worth $40,000 miles if you take care of them. Unless I find there are issues with the General UHP I'm gonna get them with my Motegi wheels... whenever I get the time and money to do that...
