Before putting on my new rims today i went to take my stock ones off. As I was loosening the lug on my front right tire the lug broke off. The stud broke off inside the lug so basically right now I only have 4 lugs on that rim instead of 5...how long can I drive with it like that and will it hurt the car at all? thx
it is safe enough to run to the store to buy another but i wouldnt drive around with it like that. can only lead to bad things.

Yea I was lucky enough to catch that on my Camaro before I replaced them soon enough after I bought the thing. Guy took the luglocks lugs off each of the four wheels so they all had four. Gay.
But yea, get another one for it and pick up a few extras. They're cheap and good to have.
Make sure you dont overtorque too! 100ft/lbs

It won't hurt anything, and won't really lead to bad things.. but please replace it anyway. I can't stand it when people have missing lugs and never replace them...
