Ok im gonna be refinishing a set of Enkei RS6s. I got them for dirt cheep cuz they are alittle beat up and need to be refinished. There is very minimal curb rash so im just gonna sand that down and one of my ?s is is it ok to use a skim coat of body filler on the wheels? Also Can i use a normal like 2k hi build primer and a single stage acyrlic. Will this hold up on the wheels? Would that work better then the Duplicolor Wheel Paint in the can. I have access ot a few HVLP guns so i figured Single stage would work better then the Spary can. Oh and there aluminum so will bondo or evercoat stick to it for the skim coat?
Thanks
Jeremy

Ive done body work and my dad does paint. Im just needing to know if the body filler would withstand the constant motion and also if the paint would withstand the brake dust and other harsh enviroments. I was not looking for your comment. So if anyone would like to answer my questions it would be greatly appreciated. So lets keep this post on topic.
Thanks
