225/45/17's with 40 offset?

There are some ADR Battle X's on ebay that I'm thinking of getting and I have a full set of Wanli 225/45/17's as well as Eibach sportlines on Kyb AGX/GR-2 shocks/struts and I was wondering if the 40mm offset on the ADR's would be an issue.
