I have seen a few of these in real life but have been unable to locate them. Here is a pic of the rim. They are from an rc car.
I have seen some on the web that are close but they are not what I have seen before. Thanks in advance.

No that's not them thanks for the suggestion though. I believe the spokes are skinny but not to skinny. They go from skinny to fat on the lip. I think I will just drive around til I see that car again and ask the kid.

I think the pic I used for an example was a bad example. It almost seems like the spokes are individual but appear to be split. They go from (example not actual size.) Half and inch to like 2 inches at the top. Something crazy like that. I seen them on a Neon in the Tampa area off Dale Mabry going towards the stadium. Once I figure it out I will definately post the pictures.

Yes I believe the ACE Mantas are the ones. I could've sworn they were a Gunmetal finish when I saw them on that car. But I love these rims.

The RC rims are the Proline 'Gumbys'. I only know because my husband had some on his car.
The Mantas are not cheap either. 18x7.5 is going for a little over $1,000 then when you add tires and mounting an balancing. Would cost as much as I paid for the car.
I am pretty sure i have seen some knock-offs somewhere. they should be a little cheaper.
