my sister just got a 99 z24 and was wondering if it would ok to remove the shifter centering spring? she loves the car just hate the tension the spring adds(left or right movement)
I would leave that thing in there. It might sound like it doesn't do a whole lot, but it makes it a lot easier to find the proper gear when you are shifting.
