Random Rattle

Hey guys got a bit of an odd noise in my 94 cavalier auto. It seems that every time i rev the engine up high or just let go of the gas at around 70mph, I get this loud rattle (like change in a can) I just need some ideas on what it is. Thanks

Check your catalytic converter heat shield.
