Clutch resistance

So i own a 2001 cavalier just the 2200, it is a stick shift. Whenever i apply pressure to the clutch pedal it definately feels like it has good resistance but after getting it down about 85% the resistance starts to wane. It is very discreet and not immediately noticeable. The clutch engages and works fine. Nothing seems apparently wrong with it. Is this a common thing with out transmissions or do you all think something is wrong?

Sounds perfectly normal.

Paying someone to install parts and bragging about it being fast, is like watching someone bang your wife and being proud to raise their kids.
