can i use an auto trany from an 04 cavalier in a 05 cobalt auto? same goes for engine?
i know for a fact that the throttle bodies are different cobalts use the electronic where j bodies use throttle driven.. the rest im unsure of..
^^ thanks, im sure i can swap out the TB and IM, trannys, on the tranny im assuming just switching out the park/neutral switch?
Aparently the input shaft is a different diameter - the cav 2.2 clutches and cobalt 2.2 clutches are not interchangable. 1" vs 15/16". I have no clue why GM would do that, but there you go.
