Hi, I just change my transmission on my chevy z24 97 and I would like to know wich kind of oil to put inside.

if isuzu tranny you need synchromesh or if you put in a getrag its atf

Im not really good in mechanic, my friend change it for me but I got the tranny that came out with the car(Standard) I tink its the Isuzu one. Can you tell me wich kind of oil specifictly 20w...

if its a manual trans, the isuzu requires synchromesh, only. it does not have a weight rating. synchromesh is synchromesh. nothing else is like it, and nothing should be used in it's stead. get two quarts of synchromesh. one more time: your manual transmission car takes synchromesh, two quarts of it. go to the gm dealer, or any other parts store, and ask for synchromesh. synchromesh is what you need.
