Yes. TH-125C(3T40), 440-T4, 4T40E, 4T45E, 4T60E and 4T65E all use the same torque converter designs, the stall speed and clutch material may differ, but should and work.
BTW, the TH125C / 3T40 are hydraulically controled, not electronicall controled, so there's no "E" in its designation.
