Hey guys,

I got a quick question. I changed my tranny fluid over the weekend, I was looking all over for the drain plug and ended up finding a 8mm allen bolt at the back of the tranny on the differential, so I drained it from there. At the time it didn't look like 2 quarts went into the catch pan but I didn't think much of it.

Anyways i just read that the drain plug at the bottom near the passenger side wheel, which is a lot lower than the one I used. I filled the tranny back up with 2 quarts of fluid....is this ok or is there too much in there now? Should I re-drain it properly and fill it again?

Drain it where the plug is on the bottom of the drivers side of the diff area. The plug on teh back is the "fill" plug.
