Flywheel Resurface?

When installing an Exedy OEM Replacement Clutch is it necessary to get a new flywheel/resurface my flywheel that I have.

Yes, ALWAYS resurface the flywheel when replacing the clutch.

get a new flywheel. they're cheap.
