hey i was just wondering if the old 2.2 tranny will fit the ecotec if not what about the 2.4 tranny both standards will either fit and i have another question if i have a automatic transmission ecotec ecu but have a standard transmission wiring harness from an ld9 do have to get a standard transmission ecu i am trying to do the ecotec swap i have a automatic transmission ecotec donar car and trying to put into my standard transmission 2000 z24 just wondering what i need to get this swap going also what about the starter will a automatic transmission starter fit the standard transmission for the ecotec thanks

no..the only tranny that will fit the eco engine is the 03-05 f23. as for the wirering im not to sure..
