I am doing a eco swap on my 97 z24 manual and I was wondering if I have weld new tranny mounts in or will the 2.4 5 speed mounts work with the 04 5 speed tranny, Thanks Josh

YES , you will have to cut and weld the 00-05 mounts in for the trans , 1 you can get from GM , the other you can get from turbo tech racing
the isuzu and getrag use different mount locations

ok, now I have been told that the front mount is the same on both, and that I only have to weld in the rear one, Is that true or do I have to get the TTR one?, the car was orginally a 5 speed, Thanks
ya i think the front is the same dude, u can get the rear from gm, or if u have it ur good, i forgot what u told me.
