Aight guys I've posted here before about this install. So to make a long story short. A shop gave me a good price on the install but they fell through after pulling the tranny. So Im stuck doing it myself. I've never installed a manual before let alone in a front wheel drive car. I know what has to be modded thanx to section 8 cav but I have never done it before period so i was gonna go off of "put it on how you take it off" but its already off. So I have no idea how the internal slave goes in hooks up or anything just to say the least so and I need my car by next monday guys please give me some directions on how the tranny goes in how the clutch and slave goes in and then the hook ups. Please guys Im startin on this tomorrow so please help. the car is a 99Z the tranny is nvg off of an 93 grand am HO and the clutch is a stage III spec. Thanx guys

Hrm... loosely and off the top of my head so I may have some inaccuracy here...

Slave you put over the input shaft and the lines run up and out of the bellhousing... the quick disconnect from the master cylinder is hooked up (once the tranny is in of course)

Clutch you use the LD9 clutch, use the alignment tool, line it up, install using supplied bolts.

The tranny requires you use the NVG rear mount and slot it a bit and the front mount is the stock isuzu mount.

The top 5 bolts and the one lower bolt with the spacer all go on, under the starter I think 2 bolts dont line up.

For the shift cables you need to lengthen one of the rods 1"...

I'm getting a friend to jump in here and help you out a little more directly it's been a while since I tinkered with my NVG Swap.

this aint so hard. The hard part was gettin the old one out. But after I got the mount loose and lowered them both together they came down enough to unbolt the tranny easily. The only problem I might have is knowing which shift linkage goes where on the tranny. But b/c of he holidays Im screwed untill tuesday waitin on the tranny. Im so pissed.

the isuzu rear mount works with some filing and some washers. the front mount from the NVG is what you need. its not bad really. i trust you'll figure it out once you get in it. g/l
