w00t Shifted gets the JBO flag for best response of the month!!!
Prolly just standard GM spec ATF, any brand that meets GM Friction Modified ATF standards will do. Please, whatever you do, PLEASE dont use Pepboys ProLine brand.... Their stuff is just.... bad.

Synchromesh is probably what I will be using.
I have been using GM Syncromesh for about 8 months with no problems.
2010 Subaru Impreza WRX Limited
1999 Cavalier Z24 Supercharged
1999 Grand AM SE (Beater Car)
1997 GMC Sierra
2007 Honda CBR 600RR
2005 Honda TRX450R
It calls for Synchromesh, which has no substitues. Thats what I run.
Royal Purple Syntec Manual Transmission fluid... actually runs better than synchromesh by leaps and bounds.
