how do i change my slave cylinder. It is leaking in the bellhousing, second time i've had problems.
Had the same problem. Unfortunately it is an internal slave cylinder so the trans has to be removed to get to it. If you try to get a brand new slave cylinder for GM it costs something like $370. However, since it is also the release bearing for your clutch, I found a clutch that came with the slave cylinder for $400. It was a spec stage 2. A much better deal. If you have to pull the trans you might as well change the clutch. Just check to make sure it includes the slave cylinder when you order. Mine went up at 40,000 miles and I'm now at 120,000 and have had no problems with the new slave cylinder. Sorry about your luck.

Yeah you are much better to get a whole new clutch from spec while you are at it. As the Kits include a new slave cylinder.
