hey peoples..anyone know how to disconnect the clutch actuator cylinder line ??
thanks
at the bottom of the cluch master their is a pin you'd find in the window crank. just stick a pointy object on one side of it and push it untill the round part is popped out a bit and stick it in that and pull out the pin.
same thing wwith the one on the transmission side with the cluch bleeder
sorry for the vague help but if you can figure it out...
thanks for the suggestion..i will try it when i get home...if i can figure it out.
ok looked at it again..im still not getting it. took a pic with my phone..but i dont know how to post it up..
...
i need to drop my tranny, thats why im doing this.
the haynes manual says "disconnect the clutch actuator cylinder (see chapter 8)"
then Chapter 8 says " to disconnect the clutch hydraulic line, push in the release slide, hold it there and pull the line and fitting apart.
i tried to push in the release slide but it wont go.
help??
That quick disconnect is a pita.I just unscrewed it instead.I used 2 small vice grips to disconnect it.
