I just finished the tranny swap in my '99 Cavalier Z24 after the differential took a dump on my Isuzu. After many nights of working on it and lots of swearing, everything worked out. Just have to modify the shifter cable bracket a bit more. I dont have 1st, 3rd, or 5th. Just have to move it about another half inch. Other than that, the SPEC clutch went in nicely. I am dirty as hell and very tired, so I will write more tomorrow. I took plenty of pictures and plan to do a complete How-To write up.
