It's not released yet. GM has been talking about it forever but they lack in actually releasing it to the public yet I've seen this charger on 2.2 ECOTEC display cars even going back over a year from now.
All I gotta say is keep your eye out for it...when it's released there will be tons of commotion around here.

GM did the exact same thing with the 2.4 kit. It took about 3 years to come out after they started putting the word out about it.
