Well I finished it finally!
I did all the welding myself from start to finish. I had a helping hand from a few friends for fitment, install, and some company (thanks Justin, Dan and Chris).
I painted half the charge tubes gunmetal to see if I like it or not... and I do
so I'll probably coat them that color.

The BOV is built into the turbo actually. I no longer have the RFL, that was when I was non-intercooled.
Yeah MY engine will be cleaned... actually my whole car needs cleaning.

yea thats all he is runnign right now, w/ the saab injectors....and btw the turbo and manifold are off a saab 9-3..the bov is on the compressor on the actual turbo.
his a/f's were pretty good before the intercooler and now with it they are spiking to the 15's
how much boost and do you have WB. because your AF must be all onver the place.

I am running 10-12 psi
I do have a wideband thats how I know the afr.
It is running mid 12's to low 13's afr... it spiked 15.0 once.
When I have the boost turned down to 4-6 psi it runs high 10's to low 11's.
I am thinking I have a fuel pressure problem. I am replacing my fuel filter in about 20 minutes. I need a better fuel pump or at least a booster pump, I just dont know which one to get. What would you suggest?

btw Jcavi I was reading you thread with all the MegaSquirt Info.... I think I am going to do it also. The only thing I am confused with is what all I have to buy. I can assemble it no problem, its just buying all the right things to put it all together.

In JCavi's thread someone linked to a list on the megasguirt page on everything you need to get it running. Basically, since we're already FI, just buy the basic v3.0 kit from diyautotune.com along with the tuning cable (unless you already have one laying around, pretty common).
