Will my car run fine (2200) if I just go ahead and swap Z-24 injectors into it. Or will I have to get an adjustable fuel pressure regulator.
I mean they are still cavalier injectors you know.

well let's see 19# vs 24#.... eh you should be about right in boost. you'll be running rich at idle. but not necessarily to the point where you will be blowing smoke and fouling plugs. i'd put it on your list of purchases to make relatively quick though.

I think it depends on what year Z24 injectors.
If they flow more fuel at the same pressure, you'll end up rich when not in boost.
