i know its not out yet i dont believe. but will the reflash for the ecotec 2 s/c do anything for a turbo ecotec to anyones knowledge. if so, is there a certain size injector or amount of boost that the reflash can help.

GM claims it's the best thing to do if you are running turbo or supercharger. In my opinion, if GM is offering a reflash...do it. It would save time in tuning.

I'm running a 2200 Turbo set up running 8.7 PSI on stock internals.
I have an RSM Supercharger Reflash on my car running absolutely NO timing mods, and just injectors for fuel, No FMU, NO RRFPR, the reflash does it all. Best thing I ever could have done !!!!!!!!!! the best part is that the computer being reflashed is allowed to recognize boost !!!!!!!!! GO RSM !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

that reflash prob wouldnt control anything over 330cc injectors would it. you need a different map sensor too dont you?

If you do the GM reflash you will need to switch to a 2bar map sensor. I think the reflash will get us turbo guys close to a good tune, prob erring on the side of rich, but a safc will prob be neccesary to fine tune for more power.

because I wish someone would of told me when I didn't know and was to afraid to ask at the risk of sounding stupid. a bar is a representation of pressure 14.7 is 1 bar that is what the average pressure is anything over that is makeing boost. so a 2 bar map system will let you see more than just the stock 1 bar or atmosphiric pressure.

oh and also yes the flash will help with fuel but you got to remeber its not magic it isn't going to magicly increasse the maximum output of your fuel system if your system if designed to flow only so much its going to be that much of a load regardless of the flash but dont get me wrong its going to help I just havnent figured out why yet. I am at the moment under the impression that it will be useing the cars senors and data read outs to suply a fuel curve as opposed to what some smhuck at the speed shop prgoramed in to your fmu. so this way you get a stock tune for an unstock ride. but like I said this is just an educated guess.
