Ok, just curious, has anyone installed a Split Second (model PSC1-001) on their car, or even dealt with one? Looking for some info, thanks.

I'm pretty sure what you want is the FTC-1. I did alot of research on this, and I even got a HUGE reply on it from the owner of one of the Saturn tuning companies. Its extremely versatile and on-par with emanage, probably better. The catch is, alot of tuning shops don't have their software. Email the company, and they can have the FTC-1 pre programmed to your needs, based on whatever engine you have. The guys there were extremely helpful to me when I was researching my fuel upgrades.
I tried to bring back that old post, I had it bookmarked for a really long time hoping I would boost eventually but I never got around to it. So I deleted the bookmark for the post, and now I can't find it in a search. I think it was deleted
sad. It had a lot of really good pointers, especially where to up the voltage and lower it to get stable readings. i can't even remember the guys name, but he was very knowledgeable on the FTC-1. Search around for some Saturn tuning companies, you will find him eventually. There aren't many.

I'm running the FTC-1 on our Cavalier Connection 2200 turbo R&D car. I still have a few bugs to work out, but overall, the system works great. You will need a diagnostic tool (I picked one up for $100) that can read fuel trims in order to tune the car in closed loop mode, and access to a wide band to tune in open loop. Some of the wiring instructions that came with it were incorrect, but I made some new ones that are easy to follow. Let me know if you need a copy.

by the way, what do you think of it comapred to emanage or other piggybacks on the market. its priced competitively too coming in at $400ish last time i checked
