Heat, humidity and boost

Well i was browsin one of the wrx forums and i someone brought of a topic about living in florida (moved from up north) and his wrx seemen a little sluggish. One person replied that the heat and humidity might help dissapate heat from the intercooler......i guess kind of like an I/C srpayer or something. Anyone experience anything like that. Just curious

Hotter air on any engine = less power due to less air density. This affects forced induction cars MUCH worse than a Naturally Aspirated one as the compression process of the air heats it up greatly...

so does that mean that you could see a considerable difference in your bosted j body in winter as aposed to summer (here in philly winters can be cold as sh*t and summers hot as hell)
