If i goto a shop that knows what there doing about how much is avg price to hook up a Turbo with all the goodies (intercooler, gauges, feul pump, and anything i didnt mention) this would be on an auto 2.4 if that helps any any advice or comments is appreciated thx
Ive seen people get charged in the 2000 range if you dont know avyone from the shop. your best bet IMO is to hope on to the regional forum and ask for some help offer beer people on the org are suckers for beer.

Kick azz is my boost hero!!! "
Yea... install can be pretty straight forward if the kit is meant for your car and you are not trying to piece together every thing on your own... but i know even my buddy who put a turbo kit on his 2.4L Grand am was still amazed it only took me 9hours to have my car boosted.... but then thats what you get when buying a kit from GM
... Any way Jcavi said and see how that goes... case of beer is a lot cheaper then what a shop will charge you.
Supercharged 2.4L
Took 9 hours for the gm supercharger, thought that was a pretty straight forward bolton and add the belt then again ive never seen one done or the process involved just thought it was easier =\
go to Borders, pickup Maximum Boost by Corky Bell. In the last chapters there is an installation guide to installing turbocharger systems. It's not on a J body but if you know your way around an engine bay it will take you step by step through it. It's not really that difficult man. I have helped build and install many many turbo setups.

well 9 hours was taking my time... and when i had every thing off i cleaned out my entire engine bay as well since i could reach things i ushally couldnt... but there is still a fair amount to be done with the GM s/c kit...
We charge 55.00 and hour. Whoever you bought the kit from should be able to give you a estimate on time to install it and you can do the math from there.

im looking at getting the stage3 kit from cavalierextreme.com and he said between 10-15hrs with intercooler. so when i my shop pulls my engine to put rods, pistons, bearings and clutch& flywheel in, the turbo will get put on and along with maybe NOS. the good thing i only have to pay half the labor rate.

Just dont buy those injectors. Not worth it...
i called and talk to them and im going to be running 12-15 lbs of boost, thats why the bottom end is getting upgraded. they told me i would need the injectors to make the hp i want.
what type of injectors should i go with then.
RC Engineering injectors or go pull some 32# Ford injectors.

with my turboing experiences of my car, I can take off and put them on in 3 hours.
with me running 12-15 lbs of boost will the stock compression pistons. will that make the compression to much?
accel injectors are bad? how so? i just got my hahn stage II kit running a few days ago; now im worried
Accel injectors suck. End of story. I've seen them leak like sivs

the whole motor is going to built up,because i spun a main bearning and screwed up a couple rods. where could i find the wiseco 8.9 pistons at. as far as the head gasket, a new one or a better after market version. same with head studs. this is all new to me.
after i get this all said an done will there any need to go to the dyno, and if so can they mess with the stock ecm or whatever they tune with.
