Water Injection Part Needed!!!

Ok What exactly Do I need for my 2003 Chevy Cavalier to Turn on and off the water injection of a NON-TURBO engine. I've read that hobs variable switch. There is one online that works on the throtle positioning sensor. If I got the hobs variable switch wich one do I need and how do I install that switch to work?

Also Is there a spot on the starter cylinoide that will be turned on when I start the car, be left on when I'm still driveing and turn off when I turn off the car? I do not want to have a switch on my car to leave this water injection system left on.

You can't use the Hobbs switch because you won't have positive pressure in the system at all. You could buy an Nx electrical WOT switch, or just rig up a mechanical one.

No, no spot on the starter solenoid where it turns on with the car and left on. You could use an accessory fuse wired to a relay.

No that wont do. I had a bad experience with mechanical switches hooked on my TB. I need something that will activate at an rpm or pressure or something. I tried hooking up an rpm switch by msd and turns out that there is no way to get a reading on the ecotec for an rpm switch to work. I've spent like 100 dollars already trying to figure that one out. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME!

Thanks I just looked at that this morning. I Think thats the kit I want. I would get the Delux Duel Stage setup with the cool Vacum Gage for the cab.

The one Problem I'm faceing is that it states"Normally Aspirated kits"

Your diagram is exactly the same with the exception of 1 important thing.
we recommend that instead of using an ignition source to the 86 pin of the relay you use a source that is hot ONLY when the engine is running. Vacuum gets trapped in your hoses after the car is turned off. The next time your turn your key to the on position the trapped vacuum will activate the system. This is not a problem once the engine starts because the vacuum changes once you are at idle. But if you leave your key to the on position and dont start the engine, the kit will run injecting water.

So............ To me this is a problem! What sorce do I have in a 2003 chevy cavalier that will turn on only when the car is on?

yeah that is a scary comment huh? id hit the guy that made the kit up on aim and get his advice AIM= Developer05 he should be able to help you out. also you will have an arming switch to keep the system shut off when not needed but in that case i donno if id trust myself to remember to shut it off all the time either.
