Well the new scheduled delivery is the 25th, maybe i can get my boss to give me tuesday off and just go to work to install the blower kit.
However it has been awesome dealing with Craig through everything, i dont think i would have gotten the same level of customer service as i did with RSM from any other company.

craig is a pretty cool dude , all though i think is mad at me (well the company i work for) LOL
I have a feeling mine will need to be postponed as well, I am barely a week away from when the kit is supposed to be installed and I have no parts in hand for an order that was placed on march 4th. I sincerely hope that I recieve the kit next week

Well UPS SUCKS!!! Lol the rest of my kit was in Laurel, MD today, which is literally 15minutes from where i work, so i went there after work to try to pick it up but they wouldnt "break a load" for me, so now i have to wait until monday. I was literally 100 yards away from my package but i couldnt have it
