Im at a speed bump here. which wideband should i go with.
my choices are...

Innovate LM-1 with Autometer Phantom II Gauge to match the rest.
Innovate LC-1 with xd-16 gauge
Or something else Innovate?

Innovative makes the best hands down. But AEM's UEGO is also very good if your looking for one a bit cheaper.

Going with the LC-1 with the XD-16 gauge.

The xd-16 is overkill, you can get the cheaper one that's just a digital radout that I linked you to the other day. Why spend $230 on a gauge when you can spend $100 Digital Innovative Gauge

i can get the XD-16 with the LC-1 and its $375 shipped

Or i can get the summit for $250 plus shipping, and buy a $100 gauge plus shipping and probably be somewhere around $375 shipped for that too.

the nice thing is the xd-16 can be used for 4 different gauges, with 16 different color combos/gauge combos with peak record, 3 character LED readout,

Well, dont know if you care about my opinion or not, but i have the LC-1 Kit with the XD-16 gauge, it works sometimes and it doesnt work sometimes...

It recalibrates itself alot and now its showing a -.-.- error that i cant fix, and this wideband been giving me problems since day 1..

If you read on the LC-1 forum on the innovate forum, you can see that alot of people have problems with their LC-1 kits..

ive heard the good and bads of them, i hear goods and mostly goods about the innovate. and it seems like a company that stands behind their products and works well with HPT.

I had the lc1... couldn't get the software to work for @!#$. They argued me down telling me how I wired stuff wrong and it ended up being a defective unit.
Then you have to do configurations in HPT in order to have the LC1 give readings while you log. I and a couple other guys all tried to configure the lc1 and the gauge to match and it didn't. It was a headache. I got the Plx m300 and wouldn't look back. Im not bad mouthing the product at all, the calibrations are all there to get them extremely accurate but my Plx works just fine for me and every1 else I know with a plx product. Also with the plx you just scroll the drop down box select m300 and your ready to go. unlike the lc1

The innovative is kinda a pain to get to work w/ HPT, the AEM, I'm not sure, but the PLX is easy from what I understand.

Extremely. The innovate you have different wires running to the hpt box. Some say run all the grounds to it some don't. ..... The plx is honestly exactly what they say PLUG AND PLAY. You plug the o2 sensor in, connect that to the harness. Run the harness into the Engine bay and connect that to the Plx Box. Run One wire to the hpt box, chose Plx from the drop down in hpt and you ready to go.

Yea well i guess HPTuners right up on how to configure it to work is just made up then? maybe you were using an LM1 not an LC1

Still going with the innovate. Love the looks of it. Just an all around good unit. And it really doesnt sound too bad to install.
