Eco S/C build (a few q's)

Ok, so after like 3 years of waiting for this thing, i finally ordered the M62 for my eco. So far, here are the goodies that i've ordered.

GMPP S/C kit
RK Upper Motor Mount
Reveco 63 MM T/B
AEM UEGO
and I already have a header and AEM intake...

Now to the questions:
1) Fitting the intake to the S/C...for those of you that have done it, just a hack saw and an universal elbow?
2) I've got a cobra HE, pump and pig tail on the way...from what i've dug up, I need a resevoir, brackets for the heat exchanger and some misc hose. Is there anything else I need? Any recommendations for what kind of brackets or anything else?
3) I was going to order a ZZP 3.1" modular pulley, so i emailed zzp and asked if it would work on my car. They said something about needing a keyed pulley, so i'm not quite sure whicy pulley to order. An exact part would help me out a lot on this.

4) Also, I'm thinking about grabbing a dual pass endplate. What companies make them?
5) I'll be getting my exhaust done again soon since i just have the stock one back on for now, 2 3/4" good enough or are any of u guys running bigger?

Thanks in advance.

1. Theres a rubber intake that comes with the kit, just cut the AEM to where the rubber one ends, thats what I did.
2. As for brackets, I tig welded to L brackets to the side of the cobra heat exchanger, roughly 2 inches long, there is already two holes in the bumper support that will line right up with the L brackets (couldnt believe they were there, it was like it was suppose to go there.)
3.As for a pulley, Im running a 3.0 made by nherbst pulley's, his email is nherbst396@yahoo.com, just tell him you want a 3.1 made for the cobalt supercharger, and if you want he will make you a 5 rib pulley instead of the 6, thats what he did for me, they are $90 shipped for machined finshed or $95 shipped for polished, and for additional 5 he will ship it priorty mail, just tell him Josh with the Cavy S/C Sent ya, he's really cool and his work is great, he's done it for most of the Cobalt SS's out there.
4. I havent looked into it that much, but crate engine depot has them for sale
5. 2 3/4 might be ok, I had 3 inch on and was loosing to much back pressure and in turn lost power, I am running 2.5 all the way from header back now and have gained alot more power then what I had with the 3inch.

Hope this helps

I forgot to mention the pulley setup is modeled off of the GM stage kits, they are modular so when you want to switch to a different pulley you dont have to have it pressed off,
