hey guys i have an 04 sunfire with a hahn stage 2 turbo kit but i reciently blew my motor...now i wanna no what would everyones perfect bottom end rebuild for boost and i wanna see like 15-18psi DD and what fuel mods would i have to get possibly afpr? what size injectors and that....

sorry for the noob question but i just got alot of money and i wanna no what would be perfect for 18psi DD

What are you using for fuel management? Are you sticking with the FPR that Hahn Gave you?

I would go with Eagle Connecting Rods. Wiseco pistons (compression is up to you). Your stock crank is fine.

Did you have any cylinder wall damage? Scratches?

Injector size depends on the demand of fuel needed. There are injector sizing calculators that can help you get an idea of what size you'd want. How much power are you aiming for?

What size turbocharger are you running?

Do you have the proper monitoring devices?

What spark plugs are you looking to run?

fuel management i was thinking afpr with the fpr for tuning reasons

injector size im not to sure i wanna rung 18psi DD with a 16 g turbo

and sprak plugs im not sure about......

balanced/blue bottom end


that will be a strong bottom end.
