So I had my car at the dyno and put down 280whp and 267trq on a mustang dyno. I was running 11psi through my To4b compressor.
I made a little video of my car, and 2 really close friends with a datsun and a neon. FarmerZ24 has his 2001 cavalier 3.1 in the video too. Hope you enjoy, and I will post the dyno sheet once I get a camera. I grabbed a supertroopers song for the action section of the video

Thats a pretty good looking number for 11psi. When I first read the thread I though it was 2(II) psi and I was thinking wow this guys on crack lol. Keep up the good work and I am glad you got your issue sorted out before you hit the dyno.

That's damn near identical to what I ran with my remote mount setup and a t3/to4e 57 trim .48 a/r turbine housing. Post that dyno sheet asap. Here's mine:
Ignore where it says "Flywheel Torque". It's most definitely at the wheels.

my piston to head clearance was just a little too tight, so at 5400 rpm the pistons just touched the head. Didn't do any damage, just stopped the car from running right above that RPM.

thicker head gasket....
and i just finally got the video to work right... looks to me like that boost guage says 16-ish psi, not 11?

watch the video again, if that is a cavalier interior I am impressed, that is inside the 2006 cobalt with GM stage 2
pretty simple fix, just went 0.040" thicker on the head gasket, takes about 3-4 hours to R/R.

I did a whole bunch of research, and looked at all my measurements, and saw an error, so I ordered parts and fixed it once they came in. As for the power.. every car on the face of this earth should have the power mine does or more, it is a total blast to drive, and with stock ride hieght and suspension, you wouldn't believe the looks on peoples faces. Espically something like a (for example) my friends VR6 jetta, when we do a tug from 30-75 and you honestly can't tell he was accelerating. Thats a really good feeling.
Mr-pute - I installed vista on my laptop and for some reason my blue tooth doesn't work with it so I can't get it from my phone, I will figure something out today and get it up. ( the file that is)
