So my Hahn Racecraft kit finally came in yesterday....Well when I went to install the injectors I noticed the 2 different ones.
So my question is to those who have installed this kit, is there to different injectors with the kit? The yellow ones have only
one hole where the fuel comes out and the black/silver ones have 3 little holes. I checked the box and it said the same part
number on all 4. Thanks

taller ones? I guess you are talking about the yellow ones being taller?
since Hahn Racecraft is closed on weekends, can I get a set of stock cobalt s/c injectors and run them until
I can get Hahn to send me some?
thanks shifted...luckily I found a guy locally that installed stage II on his cobalt.
did u get the stage II kit or the kit with the portfueler?
stage 2 uses the 320cc inejctors in the head.. portfueler uses stock injectors in the head and 415cc injectors in the manifold..
if ur using the cobalt ss 370cc injectors in the head, ur gonna have rich idle with too much fuel but it will be drivavle..
if ur running them in the portfueler, its gonna be too small for the calibrated portfueler ecm and ur gonna run lean.

The silver injectors are the new ones from Accel, while the yellow ones are the old style. They changed the pintle designs on them, that's all.
I have to say too that Ron is wrong and the silver ones are not the incorrect ones...considering I've had them in my car for over a year now. You just have to use the top clip slot instead of the bottom to make them fit right. Push those yellow ones in one more notch and you'll see they're all the same height and everything will bolt up. I would try and get 4 of the same ones though.

I have the stage II w/o the portfueler. Well I'm going to send the injectors back and get 4 of the same ones. For now I will run the Cobalt ss s/c injectors.
Also can someone post pics of their intercooler piping? For some reason I think I'm missing some couplers.
Just count the number of ends and divide by 2. LOL. Why do you think your missing couplers though? Haven't you gotten it all install yet?

I was just going by the length of the injectors, I didn't notice what notch they were on.
Definately get 4 of the same, you don't want to use mis-matched injectors.

Buy stuff from CarCustoms Ebay! Won't be disappointed!
Keep your stock injectors so you car doesn't run like @!#$ and wait to hit boost.
are you putting those on your 2004 cavalier? If so those injectors are for the 2002 ecotec. you need the other ones for the 03-05

The injectors I got from Hahn are going to be sent back. I'm running the Cobalt SS S/C injectors for now.
