has anyone had a problem with the hahn stage 2 kit not getting over 65 psi of fuel pressure? i checked all signal lines, they are all good. fuel pumps are working correctly, dead headed got 125 psi almost immediately. has anyone ever heard of a bad fuel pressure regulator?
i getting 8 psi boost at manifold. i believe the spec is 85-95 psi FP at this boost level.
Ive had a problem getting above 65 psi period. Im not sure what the deal is, I tried with a FMU, i even put in an aftermarket fpr, still nodda.
Maybe a voltage issue? Are you running an Underdrive pulley? Or possibly a bad ground?

i have 12 volts at the pump and did a voltage drop on the whole circuit. no excessive restistance anywhere. not losing any voltage on ground circuit. i am dropping all my voltage across pump so not a voltage or ground problem. and that was ruled out when i dead headed the fuel system
and no pulley it is a turbo.
I wasnt saying the pulley beeing directly related to boost pressure, rather the pulley dropping your alternator output thus causing voltage problems... Which you dont have so both my ideas are thrown out.

aint their FMU adjustable that comes with the kit?
maybe u have it adjusted too low.
Team GREEN
you are correct it is adjustable but i have it adjusted all the way in. i even tried completely blocking off the boost bleed valve and still nothing over 65 psi. i know that my car is supposed to pull like crazy under boost but once i hit 3 or 4psi it just falls on its face all the way up to 6500 rpm. and i am pretty sure it is cuz of fuel issues.
How many miles on the car? If your above 40,000 miles check your fuel filter as well.

the kit comes with a new filter so it brand new
