i've also been looking for this info... no one seems to have a definate answer so how about some dyno numbers or something to help us out. I'm considering running the nitrous (35shot) in conjunction with my s/c and would like to know if it's relatively safe or just stupid

The bottom end with let go at 100hp.

No one have a power number where it decide to go because it's all in the TUNING. If you don't tune it well, it will let go soon. If you tune it well, it can go for alot of Hp.

But since most people here are too lazy to search and tune their setup right, they go with forged internals.

jimmy, running the gm supercharger and a 35 shot will be just fine on your car just make sure you change the plugs accordingly and make sure your fuel system is good to go,

mfk-223: i will be tuning the car with gm s/c program reflash as i have a 2002 2.4 with the gm s/c already and then using hp tuners to further tune it from there

I might need to give the 35 shot a try. I am currently running around 12-12.5 psi with the 2.5 pulley and the methanol injection i'm running. My fuel system is great, it's all basically new last summer and now with the addition of the HPTuners software which I have I should be really safe if I create a file that I can run when I wanna use the nitrous at the track or out and about.

LAFNGAS are you currently running 10psi? and if so do you happen to have any dyno or track numbers? I'd like to get some comparison to what i'm currently running. I have my car currently set up to run on race gas (110 octane) being able to add major amounts of timing and getting no KR is fantastic $5.25 a gallon isn't so fantastic though

im running the 2.6 pulley and i havent hit the track yet with the alky on and working as the alky on my car is screwed right now

but without the alky and the 2.7pulley i ran a 14.7 @ 94mph

With my 2.6" pulley and the alky injection, and of course all of my other mods I managed a best time of 13.56@106mph. This was on my apexi SAFC2 setup constantly running a low resistance MAP code and making the car run like ass. I am now running the 2.5" pulley and seeing a bit more boost and i've also stepped my alky injection nozzle up from the M4 to and M8 and seen my IAT's dip significantly. Also now with the HPTuners i'm seeing no DTC codes whatsoever and also the car just feels so much stronger. I've got no 1/4 times with this setup yet as i'm tweaking it, and also in need of a new clutch

i would say 300 ish although turbos are harder on the engine that the s/c so i think this is a safe mark with the alky
