Subs in a box..FINALLY
Thursday, April 28, 2005 9:23 AM
Well, I got bored yesterday, and finally got around to starting my sub box. This is where it is at the moment. Been glued tight, but I want to throw a couple more screws in it, plus I still have to seal everything, and finish the outside of it. Just figured I'd see what you all think. (That, and I've had these subs still NIB for about a year and a half! So I was happy to get them into something finally!)

All 3/4" of it lol. I learned the hard way back a while, when I knew nothing, that crappy material=crappy sound. I'm hoping to glass in the trunk, and make it all look pretty

yeah, every time I look at it, I keep thinking the same thing. I mean, it is all glued up anyway. Now I just need to get the power to em!

35" wide X 15" tall X 9 1/2" deep. It's all 3/4" MDF. Works out to just above 1 Cubic Foot per sub, I believe.

Believe it or not, it does fit through the trunk. It's heavy as hell though. I'm gonna weigh it one of these days lol. That, and my amps are in the rear seat opening. If all goes according to plan, they should be powered up by the end of this week.
