I was browsing walmart auto section for some wax and found a cig lighter plug advertised for mp3 and fm modulation. I, being an audio guy, thought this was kool as @!#$ even if it was not a quality piece of equipment. bought it, it was like 29 bucks. It dosnt have the best sound quality, but it is the same as radio. It is a wireless fm modulator with a 3ft audio cord to plug into a mp3 player (computer, ipod, whatever. i use a creative nomad). It also has a usb plug for a usb flash key. If you off load the mp3 to a usb key it will play it. no player needed. that was the coolest part.
overall i give it a 7 out of ten. only cause it has a lower quality of sound, and it only has a choice of 10 or so stations for the fm modulation.
i can post pics if anyone wants
an updated version of the Soundfeeder
Sounds cool. I'll have to check it out, for kicks.
I just bought a SoundFeeder, and when looking at their site, I don't remember seeing this model. I would've gotten it instead. I'd be really interested in who makes it and what model it is. I might consider this as an alternative to the SF I've got for my MP3 player....it's not as good as I expected it to be. I might also just start upgrading the audio system in the car just as soon as I get the alarm/remote start in as well....
I's just a matter of time....
my friend has one, they're not that good. I think you'd be happier just upgrading to a head unit with aux inputs.

I personally have a head with aux ins, but it's in another car and it's not worth swapping it around each time I want to use it. I've also got an Alpine CD changer controller with aux ins that I'm considering for this beastie, since I drive it every day. That's most likely the way I'll go, but I want something i can take with me on the road for work as well, since the state doesn't buy cars that have anything useful in them...many don't even have anything other than AM/FM tuners.
Do most decks have aux ins in the back? I don't know much about audio. I want to be able to use my dell dj in the car. I will check that thing from walmart out, but it would be cool if I could run some rca cables out from the back and into my mp3 player.
Sold the Z24
in my experience , most dont. they are on higher end decks.
