I have a 97 cavalier, and i just put a new deck in it. It works, but if I shut the car off it will reset. Im guessing its because it doesnt get any power when the cars off. Has anyone else had this problem? Could it be the harness adapter i bought?
Check the radio fuse in dash fuse panel.
That's what it sounds like. No 12v constant. I would say to double check a wire diagram to make sure 12v constant is right.
