Hey everyone. Its my brothers bday soon and i want to buy him front speakers for his 98 Z24. I checked the faq and seen the fronts are 4 x 6. I see a lot of people suggesting bigger size with an adapter but im on a tight budget and just want to get him 4x6 speakers. He doesn't care too much about sound so it wont matter neither. Im going to install them to keep the cost down. I was planning on buying him pioneer speakers or something semi good name brand. Sound good guys????, i just wanted your opinions. Thank you for your input if you help me out.

Also, If anyone is selling aftermarket 4x6 speakers, id be willing to buy them off you too



2003 Cavalier 2dr. 5spd

I installed a set of these infinity reference 4x6's in a friends cavalier a while back. For $45 they don't sound bad, but there's a night and day difference between the way his speakers sound compared to my component system.
