Well the last person who had my car was an idiot and sliced right into the harness behind the radio. I want to get a new system, but they dont plug in obviously. Once i get all the gear ill probably bring it all somewhere to get installed as i'm electronicly impared lol, how much could i expect it to cost to get a new plug installed?

Don't bother. Any competant installer won't need it. They'll probably charge you a little more for labor but not that much.
If you want just plug and play you'll need a new harness. If you wanna just splice and wire em up by matching colours then you won't need a new harness.
