alright guys i blew up my infinity 4x6's they lasted almost three months but i think i thrashed the tweeters with some linken park. i got them brand new for 50 bux some im not to upset but now im looking for a upgrade i was really happy with the 4x6's until yesterday i was kind of pushing them to the limit.anyway i want to put some 6.5's in now and i want the infinitys again i just love how clear they are. will i have a pretty good sound increase with a infinity reference 6.5 or should i just get the kappa 6.5 three ways. what kind of volume increase will i be looking at i really want something that will use as much power as my amp is putting out. so im open for options thanx.

what kind of amp?
how much work are you willing to do for the install?
what kind of sound are you looking for?
how much are you looking to spend?

these are a good start and you will get no end of suggestions for JL, CDT, Alpine, & ED components. IMHO components are the way to go, and I am happy with my infinitys, got what I was looking for for around the price I wanted. next up is a better amp for them.
