i was wonderng if its possible to wire a computer to a tv with a/v cables
yea...ur vid card has to support s-video or composite

My car may run 18s, but I can do your taxes in 10 seconds flat.
JBO lube - they would never have enough in stock and we'd never see RodimusPrime again
how do i find out if it does, and how do i convert it if it doesnt
Look at the back where the video card is. It might also have came with a little unit that has all the connections on it and connects to the video card.
If your card does not support it you will want to upgrade your card. However with composite or s-video connections you won't get a good quality picture on your tv. Your best bet is (if you have an lcd tv) to hook it up directly through the RGB connection.
im sorry but whats an rgb connection
The same connection that you use to plug into a monitor...its got all those little metal prongs on it
if u dont have a video out u can buy an adaptor that converts that connector to a/v
yea where can you get that adapter and how much is it
Ever though of searching? heres some computer websites that might have something like that, not sure tho:
www.tigerdirect.com
www.newegg.com
www.zimsoomfly.com

i'm not sure if
this is what you're looking for, but they have lots of cables on here also.
i pick up my cables here.
thats exactly it. you said youve ordered from their before and its not like a fake website or anything. thanks
it's not a fake website. i buy my hdmi cables and other goodies from there.
i recently placed an order on a monday and received it on friday. it's a good site for cables. lots of forums recommend this company. good luck with everything.
You might want to look into a scan-converter if there is a big difference in resolution. I had a similar problem with a 50" Pioneer Plasma \ hdmi video souce.
