Ok im having a problem. I plan on running FOUR of these hidden in between the back seat and the trunk.

Well my problem is when i enter the info into WinISD beta to design a box i get some off the wall numbers. For a ported box its telling me .2 ft^3. I wanna run a slot port. So if anyone could help me out i would greatly apprciate it. I dont know what im doing wrong. also was thinking 32-34hz.
So to recap im just looking for the internal ft^3 and the port size.
Thanks
Jeremy
My question, why those subs? They don't handle a whole lot of power, and they're dual 8 ohm subs.
I got these with WinISD:
The dimensions:
18.86 in. wide
29.33 in. high
11.89 in. long
using 0.71 in. board
Totals to 2.956 ft^3
Everything else you probably wanna know (this is running them at 480w total):
Driver : Dayton SD215-88
Project by : Calvin
Project for : Siegel1719

Number of drivers : 4
Box type : Vented
Box size : 5.908 ft^3
Tuning frequency : 33.00 Hz
Vent : 2 vent(s)
2.67 in length for each
2.68 in round
Freq SPL
[Hz] [dB]
30.00 129.91
33.00 132.34
36.00 133.69
39.00 134.19
42.00 134.22
45.00 134.06
maybe you just input the numbers wrong? Anyway, this should help you alot, have fun
Hey thanks SOOO much. I dont know if i entered a value wrong or what. I redid it three times and got the same values each time. But thanks alot. And why those subs? Cuz im not looking for crazy loud. There pretty thin so i can make a small box and not take up to much useable trunk room. dvc 8 ohms so i can wire all four up and get a 4 ohm load. My amp will only put of 360w at 4 ohms.
Thanks again
Jeremy
just postin in case you were a basshead like me
Ah not a base head just an audiophile. 130 db isnt that loud but will be nice suprise when ppl are like what you got 12"s not 8"s..
yeah, I played around a bit and got them to 141 dB. cant remember what the settings were. I think the box was like 2.9ft^3, and tuned to something like 79Hz. That program is easy to use once ya figure it out
win isd is junk seriously
whatever gets the job done. is there another prog thats free that would have more features? like say different shaped boxes? WinISD only has cubic and cubic sloped. I like the SPL graph though.
