Reducing Door panel Rattle

I'm looking for ways to reduce the rattle of the actual door panel. The metal part is already covered in Dynamat Extreme, however I still found that the plastic itself rattles. I've also determined this isn't that fault of the speakers in the doors, but a result of my subwoofer. If I turn the sub off, I don't have this problem.

I was considering dynamating the back of the plastic door panel to absorb noise, but I'm not completely sure if that will work.

I've also noticed a bit of noise coming from the plastic parts beside the rear seats and haven't devised a way to reduce noise with them either, but I figure it should be easier than the doors as it's all one piece.

Suggestions?

dont waist money on dynamatting plastic. generally with plastic its just the plastic vibrating against another hard surface, if u take a soft material and put it between the plastic and the surface it gets rid of the noise. i used headliner material behind almost every plastic panel in the car. that will take care of allot of your ratttilng issues.

It seems like the rattle is specifically coming from between the fabric part of the door and the plastic part below it. It's a bit loose so if there's a way to firm this up it may solve my problem.

Sounds like you know what you're doing Sndsgood, did you run into this problem yourself?

pull the panel and check the backside, therea are fold over clips the hold the bottom half of the material piece to the door. might just loosen the clips and slide some soft material between the hard piece that the material is on to seperate it from the plastic a bit then push it back down and redo the clips. maybe even add some glue between the two pieces to keep them from vibrating. i never had that problem. but i also dampened and deaedend the car before i ever had any bass in it.
