Man I feel like a Newb, Sorry everyone, I need some suggestions on this.

I asked this question a while back and forgot to ask if I needed relays for it to work properly. http://www.slickcar.com/productdetails.asp?ProductID=2271 it's a five wire (black, white, brown, green, blue) and seems easy to hook up and I've tried every combination and nothing works. When I had it hooked up it wanted to go to the unlock position all the time, so I disconnected them. now I need a second opinion on hooking this up.

Does anyone know how to hook up this up properly and / or, if I need relays could you help w/ a detailed answer on how to wire this up.
