I was just wondering if anyone else has it on their cavalier. I have a 01 Cavalier I have Xenon headlights in it as well. It's with any pair of bulbs I put in it. I was wondering if GM did something with the DRL system that sends more voltage to the drivers side than the passenger. I wanted to also know if there was any sort of repair for this. I have my DRL disabled. it's not extremely dimmer but there is a noticable difference in it. I hope that someone can lead me on to the right path here and help me out with this!

seen quite a few cars like that around town. Usually its the driver side light thats dim though. I think its either an electrical defficiency or just a bulb not properly focused.
they're both aimed the same but to put them up against a wall you can tell the difference between the drivers and passenger side

i believe the passenger side bulb IS the one that goes thru a relay for the DRLs. I'll have to check that for sure though...
The best way to make sure they're both getting the same voltage is to measure it with a digital multimeter.
The best way to solve the voltage issue... is to put in new relays right at the bulb, fuse them off the battery...
