LED Fog / ADL issue.

Well i have had a Sunfire GT bumper sitting in my garage for maybe a month or two.
But i have some work to get right first, and thats the problem.

OK, i took apart a set of junk'd fogs for that bumper. Like $5 each, no lens. No biggie.

I have set up a 48 LED setup, 24 are 6500 MCD Clear bulbs, and 24 6000 MCD Amber bulbs. All wired 2 staged to a 12V Power source controlled by a 4 position lit rocker switch. The two positions are so i can have either clear or amber on, or both. and there is a relay, get direct fused power from my battery.

Now here is the problem. With my Fogs / adl's on in any position, while by brights on, all my neons on, and my subs pounding, they work fine. BUT as soon as i turn on my hazards or blinkers, they dim to about half.

Well i have voltage meter terminals on my battery. As long as i have everything on, and my Fogs / adl's on i run at lowest 10.8 volts. Not bad at idle, with a stock alt, and a yellow top.

But as soon as i used my turn signals, the voltage drops to 7.5 volts. Why are my Blinkers taking up so much power? They are stock, and i have nothing spliced into them. Is there anyway i can still use my blinkers, with much less of a voltage drop?

Your car should not be running 10.8 at idle.
