hey i wanted to know how do u play videos on a dvd player.. i tried burning it into a data cd and it dont work.. any help guys?? thanxz in advanced!
You need software to encode the disk so that the player will recognize it as a DVD. I use Nero, but I'm sure there are plenty of programs to choose from.

i got nero but .. wat do i use wat do i put under.. ima sorry im not that good wit comp.
You're going to need something like neroview express to encode the files and then use the nero burning rom to actually burn the disk.

i use DVD santa but it has its pluses and neg. it takes FOREVER but most probably will to encode all the crap like 6-7 hours on a 2.4mhz comp with 512ddr ram
.. but how do u do it with nero someone told me about that too but i dont know how to do it in nero i never seen an option on nero to encode it.. ??

thats what i use DVD santa
anyone else on nero?? or how to use it to burn vids? id like to know dvd santa isnt cutting it and i get alot of errors also
